About the Role

The Body Shop Coordinator will manage the reconditioning process within our Vehicle Solutions Centre in Leeds, ensuring work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner. Actively promoting and supporting reconditioning within the branch, you will liaise with customers to develop and ‘sell’ reconditioning and exploit any possibilities to gain additional volume.

You will increase reconditioning revenue and profits by gaining new revenue streams and producing reports in line with requests in the required format. You will also oversee responsibility over Reconditioning Assistants making sure they have objectives yet and picking up managerial responsibilities.  

About You

We’re looking for an individual who has previous experience of estimating vehicle repair and who has a proven track record of managing small to medium teams. Able to work within and meet SLA and KPI requirements, you will have excellent supplier management negotiation and influencing skills and have knowledge of vehicle products, technology, vehicle controls and operation.

Strong IT skills in Excel and Word with the ability to analyse data to drive performance is a must, as is a full clean driving licence.
