About the Role

You will be joining the largest auction centre in Europe with a team of over 200 team members who work collaboratively to deliver the most exceptional service for our customers. 

You will be responsible for providing effective and efficient support by maintaining the smooth running of auction sales and providing customer service excellence at all times.

Interacting with our customers both face to face and over the telephone you will ensure that their queries are managed in a positive, friendly and professional manner. 

You will make sure that the correct information and paperwork is set up and ready for each auction sale. During the auction sale you will be part of the team on the podium, supporting the online auction providing accurate and timely updates.

You will manage all police notices and parking fines by updating the DVLA as appropriate, supporting with the completion of all private and trade vehicle entries.

Delivering general office support, you will endeavor to make sure all filling and administration is accurate and is up to date. 

You will support with the production of the auction catalogue by confirming all content is accurate and correct. 

About You

You are highly organised and thrive working in a fast paced office environment,. You effectively manage your time and workload especially during busy periods. 

With great attention to detail, you pride yourself on delivering accurate results. You understand what great customer service looks like and consistently go above and beyond to deliver this. 

Your excellent communication skills mean you are able to deal with all types customers effectively and positively resolving their query.
