About the Role

The Catalogue Production Team is a key marketing function which supports large areas of the Manheim business by producing over 300 catalogues that are distributed to key clients. We are responsible for delivering an exceptional service and ensuring all processes are completed to a high level within the required time.

Your role as a Data Administrator will be to maintain and produce accurate vehicle data outputs which support the production and distribution of manufacturer catalogues. You will work closely with our Design Team to deliver a seamless work process where communication is key. You will liaise with various auction centres and sales team members to ensure that each piece of work is accurate and up to date.

You will use the internal job system to manage workload and requests and brief in jobs directly where required. You will also contribute and support the strategic planning of long term marketing plans and objectives.

About You

You are highly organised and thrive working in a fast paced office environment. You effectively manage your time, especially when it's busy and demanding. 

You have a great understanding of what exceptional customer service looks like and go out of your way to consistently deliver this, ensuring your customers expectations are always exceeded. 

 You enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the successful delivery of an auction day sale. You are an efficient administrator with a keen eye for detail and accurate data entry skills. You work proactively and use your own initiative.
