About the role

  • You will work as part of the Recruitment Team, responsible for all levels of Recruitment and some areas of Talent Management and Training for the whole Cox Automotive UK.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating the end to end recruitment process for our Hiring Mangers and developing and implementing both our Early Careers schemes and Apprenticeship Programmes, creating a new and exciting Cox Automotive Talent and Learning Academy.
  • This will be a varied, busy role as part of the HR team, which is responsible for all elements of the recruitment process - from sourcing candidates, managing the interviewing / assessment centre process, and the onboarding of new starters. You will be responsible for working with key stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates that are going through the application and onboarding process, ensuring we provide world class service and offer the best candidate experience.
  • You will be the first point of call for all Recruitment queries, offering solutions, support and delivery when needed
  • You will provide support to the wider HR team and other key projects to support the delivery or our HR strategy.
  • You will administer and implement the Apprenticeship Programme across the Business, enrolling new apprentices and ensuring all apprentices remain on track for their learning.
  • Working with the wider HR team you will support with conducting interviews, you must have the ability to proactively manage situations as well as encouraging those around you to deliver on their obligations. 
  • This role will be based in Leeds however you must be willing to travel to other business areas throughout the country

About you

  • We are looking for someone who can be flexible, has the ability to work under pressure, be highly organised and must be a team player who can work collaboratively
  • You must be technically literate, ideally having used recruitment software in the past as well as manage all aspects of the recruitment process
  • You will be enthusiastic and passionate team player with experience with Recruitment and a good working knowledge of Apprenticeship schemes. You will have an interest in keeping up to date with talent, early careers and Apprenticeship trends. 
  • You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence to be able to manage senior stakeholders
  • You are a creative problem solver who is open to change and is process orientated with the ability to identify improvement to existing processes.
