Full Time, 6 Month Maternity Cover

The Client Services team is a busy and integral part of the Manheim/Cox Enterprises business.

Based at Leeds Head Office the department sits alongside our legal and finance teams and works to support 18 of our remarketing centres and their leadership team across the UK managing escalated complaints at first point of contact.

The purpose of the team is to provide exemplary complaint resolution and customer service to ensure a reasonable and consistent approach for our customers and to instil confidence in our customers that all issues are addressed with a “get it right first time” strategy to promote customer satisfaction and avoid repeat complaints. 

Role:

The Complaints Advisor role is to provide expert complaint resolution in support of the Client Services Team in relation to customer complaints and to help drive a culture where customers are treated fairly and ensure all complaints are acknowledged and dealt with in a timely manner. You will act as a support to the Senior Complaints Advisors.

You will deal directly with customers via email, letter, telephone or escalations direct from the Branches and Senior management. You will provide support and guidance in complaint handling, root cause and escalations to the wider business and encourage a culture of treating customers fairly.

Skills:

  • Significant experience in managing and improving escalation or complaints process
  • Excellence in complaint handling, first contact resolution and compliance
  • Competent in negotiation and objection handling
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written
