About the Role

The Service Delivery team is a core part of the Auction business, made up of Payments and Vendor support, both functions are responsible for delivering excellent customer service at all times to both buyers and vendors, and ensuring all processes are completed to a high level within the required timeframe/SLA. Ensuring sales are delivered successfully and customer service levels are of high quality.

Responsible for providing effective and efficient support services to the Auction Centre on both sale and non-sale days, working as directed to ensure the smooth running of sales and providing customer service excellence at all times.

Dealing with general enquiries both at the front counter and over the telephone, ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner, escalating to the relevant Manager as appropriate 

Responsible for supporting the Auctioneer and rostrum set up on a sale day, ensuring the correct tools and paperwork are set up and ready for the sale and cleared at the end of a sale.

Support with catalogue production, checking content to ensure it is correct and support the sale of Auction catalogues.

Support buyer registration on sale days ensuring buyers receive excellent customer service at all times

Support with the completion of all private and trade vehicle entries, along with general office filing and administration as appropriate. 

About You

You are highly organised and thrive working in a fast paced office environment,. You effectively manage your time and workload especially during busy periods. 

With great attention to detail, you pride yourself on delivering accurate results. You understand what great customer service looks like and consistently go above and beyond to deliver this. 

Your excellent communication skills mean you are able to deal with all types customers effectively and positively resolving their query.

 Hours:

Monday 11.00am until close of business 7.30pm (approx.)

Wednesday 9.00am to 5.00pm

Thursday 11.00am until close of business 7.30pm (approx.)

Friday 5 hours 9.00am until 2.00pm / 10.00am until 3.00pm (flexible)
