We have an exciting opportunity to come and join our existing Finance team at Cox Automotive as a Finance Business Partner.

The Finance team has responsibility for maintaining the financial records of the business, ensuring appropriate controls and governance measures are in place to minimise risk as well as providing in depth managing reporting and analytics to drive business decisions. 

The Finance team is core to the delivery of strategic change, providing appropriate support/ business partnering as and when required. 

This role sits within the UK Group Finance team which covers Corporate Services; Group Treasury; Financial Control; Financial Reporting; Compliance and Internal Audit; and Financial Systems.

Role:

Reporting to the Finance Director - Manheim, this role is pivotal to the Manheim Finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a big part in managing and driving financial performance within Manheim. The role offers wide scope and high levels of exposure to commercial/ operational elements of the Manheim business. 

In addition, this role provides a great opportunity to influence positive change within the business be that in relation to process/ reporting improvements, revenue opportunities and cost management/ efficiency activities. 

The key areas of focus are:

  • Business Partnering
  • Monthly Sales Forecasting
  • Pricing / Deal Appraisal
  • Rebates Accounting and Contract Management
  • Sales Commissions
  • Sales Reporting

You:

We're looking for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner who is a qualified accountant who can demonstrate the ability to manage different stakeholders and be able to communicate to different personalities. 

We need someone who can look for trends and key points within the finance data and be comfortable asking probing questions whilst maintaining strong relationships. 

Advanced Excel skills are a essential, along with strong analytical skills and problem solving ability.
