About Us: 

Movex is an online vehicle logistics platform that connects customers wanting to move vehicles (typically car dealers) with an approved network of transport providers. The transport providers create a competitive marketplace by bidding on jobs placed onto the Movex platform.

Since forming in 2012, Movex has witnessed continued and rapid growth year on year and is now seeking to strengthen the team. 

Movex is part of Cox Automotive, one of the world’s largest automotive service providers.

Role :

All customers are important and valued by Movex, and the team at Movex pride themselves on providing exceptional customer service. The role holder will be responsible for offering the first line contact to customers, offering outstanding customer support; providing advice, support and resolution for customer queries and complaints and escalating when necessary; to aid with the smooth running of the business, whilst following the company’s policies and procedures. You will be required to:- 

  • Take ownership of incoming queries or issues and assist the customer/supplier to resolve these in a timely manner.
  • Ensure effective management of customer queries and customer dissatisfaction, ensuring appropriate recording and resolution of complaints.
  • Escalate any queries and complaints as required and support continuous improvement activity to reduce levels of customer complaints.
  • Deal with listing/relisting aborts and cancellations of vehicle movements. 

 Skills :

  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently when required.
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility and team-working skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail, solid organisational skills with a clear focus on delivering great user experiences
  • Previous experience in logistical planning/operations is desirable
