In the UK, we provide a national physical and on-line auction network, comprising 18 centres.

The Central Services Team are accountable for delivery of customer service excellence to 15 vendors across the remarketing division, ensuring full delivery of contractually agreed service level agreements.

Role: 

Reporting to the Central Services Team Manager the Account Co-ordinator will be required to perform a variety of tasks associated with the Manheim auctions process. Responsible for operational delivery, ensuring a consistent high quality of Vendor engagement to Manheim’s Corporate and Manufacturer clients. To support the Central Services Team Leader and various internal stakeholders to ensure that Manheim deliver the service to meet the demands of the customer and that we exceed customer expectations. 

Key objectives this role is accountable for:

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders within all aspects of the auction process.
  • To act as an escalation, point for Vendors and to act as conduit between Account Managers or Manheim branches.
  • Produce vehicle updates and reports for centralised vendor accounts.
  • Co-ordinate and monitor interbranch movements of vehicles.
