About Us:

The Fleet & Manufacturer team sits within the wider Client Relationship sales team of the Cox Automotive sales structure and has responsibility for the key Fleet & Manufacturer customers of Manheim.

The Head of Fleet & Manufacturer is accountable for leading the team focusing on maximising opportunities to grow, retain and strengthen the portfolio of Cox Automotive and Manheim products and services.

Role:

You will be accountable for coaching, leading and motivating the team of Account Directors/Account Managers responsible for the Manheim Fleet & Manufacturer customers.  

Working in collaboration with all the sales function and internal stakeholders your role is accountable for delivering commercial results and the competitive advantage to successfully achieve Manheim and Cox Automotive sales revenue and financial targets.

The role will promote a culture, team ethic and environment which strives to put the customer at the heart of everything the organisation strives to achieve from a customer sales view.  

Skills:

  • As a senior leader in the sales function the following skills and experience are critical and essential to the role, including but not restricted to -
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role with strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to interpret financial data to inform decisions and highly motivated and target driven
  • Ability to manage consultative sale’s strategy and complex negotiation process involving multiple products and many different clients’ senior stakeholders.
  • Sales and management/ coaching experience with the ability to lead and coach teams
  • Rank and deliver competing priorities and tasks evidencing strong time-management and organising and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
  • Willingness and ability to travel and be flexible
