Role: 

The Recruitment and Talent Team are a part of the HR function, fully supporting Cox Automotive with all recruitment, early in careers and emerging talent needs. You will work as part of the Recruitment Team, responsible for all levels of Recruitment and Apprenticeships for the whole Cox Automotive UK.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering and implementing the Apprenticeship Programme across the business, enrolling new apprentices and ensuring all apprentices remain on track for their learning.
  • Co-ordinate apprenticeship network and hold minimum of one Apprenticeship event per year.
  • Lead National Apprenticeship Week across the business, creating a programme of events or communications
  • Lead annual event to celebrate successful apprenticeship qualifications and promote their achievements.
  • Maintain and update the Recruitment Tracker so that all vacancies are up to date and managed correctly, providing quality data an MI to the business

Skills:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Apprenticeship scheme and the Apprenticeship Levy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Highly IT literate, including Excel and Powerpoint.
