Role:

The Business Process Designer is a key function within Enterprise technology, who is responsible for designing and executing effective processes for the companies Enterprise Automotive Platform that connects Cox automotive’s products and services.

The Business Process Designer will be exposed to internal and external stakeholders for the purposes of requirements gathering and will typically be involved in transformational sized projects. 

The Business Process Designer will work closely with members of technology to help translate business requirements, and technical requirements into executable process flows.  

Responsible for designing and executing effective Business process flows using BPMN. The role involves, acting as a professional services representative for Enterprise technology when conducting process workshops, and requirements elicitation sessions with both internal and external stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for working closely with members of the technology team to translate functional, non-functional, and technical requirements to support any systems requiring development as part of your process design as well as building the process flow to be automated in live. 

Skills:

Essential Skills 

  • BPMN design
  • Requirement elicitation – Workshops, interviews, shadowing, pro-typing.
  • User interface definition and design
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to audiences at all levels
  • Integration definition – data models, interface specs, solution sketches, contract definition
  • BPMN and workflow patterns
  • Business Vocabulary and Rules
  • Business Activity Monitoring and analytics
  • Data modelling
  • Agile Methodology Business Analysis Practises
